Dr. Yanki Hartijasti, MBA, M.Si



Dr Yanki is from Indonesia’s premier university Universitas Indonesia where she is attached to the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. She has an MBA degree from the University of the Philippines and a Master of Science and Doctorate degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Universitas Indonesia. Dr Yanki gained early professional experience working in various industries as a Human Resources practitioner.

After 15 years in industry, she moved into academia in 2010 where she has contributed locally and internationally in teaching, supervision and examining masters and doctoral thesis.

She has also engaged actively in scientific and applied research and collaborated with colleagues in Indonesia and overseas. Much of her work has been published and her peer reviewed outputs have been shared at international seminars and conferences. She has also been invited as a visiting professor to disseminate her research findings as a keynote speaker at conferences, panelist, or jury in Asia and Europe, for example Asian Institute of Management (Manila, Philippines), Graduate School of Business Sciences, University of Tsukuba (Tokyo, Japan), and Business School of Hanyang University (Seoul, South Korea). She is also active as a member of peer-reviewed academic journals abroad, notably Management Research Review and Psychology Research and Behavior Management.

Yanki is a pro-active scholar and is on the committees of various international conference associations, for example Exploring Leadership and Learning Theories in Asia, Euro-Asia Tourism Studies Association, and Information Technology Applications and Management. These are aligned with her research and publications which focus on leadership and organizational culture, human resource management, cyber behavior among multi-generational workforce and travelers, as well as sustainable tourism studies.



The courses consists of video presentations, reading materials, quizzes and assessments.
